The 지관 (jigwan) tube is the most traditional and prestigious presentation format for Korean tea grands crus. This dark green lacquered cardboard cylinder, adorned with gilding and calligraphed 雨前 ideograms, holds 60g of the 2025 first flush from the Ssanggye house, one of the best-known tea houses in Korea.
해차 designates the tea of the current season, harvested and sold within the year. Ssanggye's Ujeon 2025 is a collector's tea: an even finer profile than the standard Ujeon, notes of fresh straw and spring flower, very pronounced umami, a luminous green liquor.
