TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

PURPOSE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) aim to define the contractual relationship between Maison Boseong and the buyer. Access to this website is free and open to all internet users. Its purpose is the sale of Korean teas and exceptional products. Maison Boseong reserves the right to modify its terms at any time; the applicable conditions are those in force on the date the order is validated.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS Products are offered subject to availability. Catalog photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness (colors, textures). In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, you will be informed by email, and an alternative or a refund will be offered.

PRICES AND TAXES (IOSS) Prices listed in our catalog are indicated in Euros (€).

For orders to the European Union < €150: Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Maison Boseong uses the IOSS system to collect VAT at the time of payment. No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery for these orders.

For orders > €150 or outside the EU: Import taxes and customs duties may be applied by local authorities and remain the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. Maison Boseong reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process.

ORDERS The buyer must:

1.Complete the identification form with accurate contact details.

2.Validate the shopping cart after verification.

3.Complete the secure payment.

4.Confirm the order. Confirmation of the order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. All data provided shall constitute proof of the transaction.

LEGAL WARRANTIES In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 (and relevant consumer laws), all products benefit from a legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, you may request the repair or replacement of the product; failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

In accordance with legal provisions regarding hidden defects, the warranty applies if a non-apparent defect renders the product unfit for its intended use or so diminishes its use that you would not have acquired it had you known of the defect. You may then choose between a refund of the price (action redhibitory) or keeping the product with a price reduction (action estimatory).
