Return and Refund Policy – Maison Boseong

Right of Withdrawal (Returns): In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days after receiving your package to change your mind. Given the perishable nature of our products (tea), the item must strictly be:

Unused, unopened, and with the freshness seal intact.

In its original packaging in perfect condition.

Return Shipping Costs:

Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The package must be returned to our office in South Korea.

Defective or Incorrect Item: If the product is damaged or if there is an error on our part, return shipping costs are fully covered by Maison Boseong.

How to Initiate a Return: You must contact us at contact@maisonboseong.com before shipping any item back to receive the exact return address and instructions.

Refunds: Once the return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. It will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Restocking Fees: Maison Boseong charges no restocking fees (€0).

Defective Products or Damage: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the defect. We will provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and food safety reasons, any tea bag or tin that has been opened or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned or refunded.
