Shipping Methods

At Maison Boseong, we ship your Korean tea orders directly from South Korea to France and throughout Europe, in collaboration with our reliable partners Korea Post and La Poste.

Korea Post (K-Packet): Standard economical shipping in 7 to 15 business days.

Shipping Delays (Handling Time)

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24 to 96 business hours after payment validation. This period may vary slightly during peak times (promotions, Korean public holidays, etc.). The daily order processing cut-off time is set at 2:00 PM (KST).

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the package.

FREE Shipping Thresholds (France):

K-Packet (Standard): FREE for all orders over €70.00.

🌍 Taxes, VAT, and Customs (IOSS System)

Maison Boseong complies with European regulations to provide you with a transparent shopping experience:

Orders to France < €150: We use the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. French VAT (5.5%) is collected directly during your payment on our shop. No customs fees or additional taxes will be requested upon delivery.

Orders > €150: Import taxes or customs duties may be applied by local authorities according to current legislation. These potential costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

All our shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your tea's journey precisely. This number is sent to you by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Responsibility and Delivery Issues

Maison Boseong considers the package delivered as soon as the official tracking information  indicates a successful delivery.

In case of any issue (damaged or missing package), please contact us immediately at: contact@maisonboseong.com. For any claim regarding a package marked as "delivered" but not received, a sworn statement accompanied by a copy of your ID may be required to open an investigation with the carrier.
