OSULLOC Wolchulhyang Organic Lightly Fermented Tea 60g
Wolchulhyang (月出香, "the fragrance of the rising moon") is a lightly fermented tea from Osulloc's Master's Tea collection. It is made from the very first young shoots of early spring, picked in the Wolchulsan tea garden, then carefully fermented and rolled.
The light fermentation is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional Korean tea-making method. In the cup you find a rich floral aroma, notes of vanilla and a harmonious, round and gentle umami flavour.
