Grown under the sun of the volcanic island of Jeju, this organic oolong by Osulloc is lightly fermented to reveal a refined aromatic profile, halfway between the freshness of green tea and the roundness of black tea.
Its golden liquor develops floral and lightly roasted notes, with a silky texture and a clean finish, typical of lightly fermented Korean oolongs.
Recommended brewing: steep at 85-90°C for 2 to 3 minutes.
