The Perfect Steep

To unlock the buttery "Milky" notes without burning the delicate Oolong leaves:

1.Water Temperature: 80°C to 85°C. Using water that is too hot can mask the creamy sweetness with unwanted astringency.

2.Steeping Time: 2 to 3 minutes.

3.The "Infinite Steep" Tip: High-quality Oolong leaves are incredibly generous. Don't throw the sachet away after one use—you can steep it a second time. The second infusion often reveals more of the fruity peach notes, while the first is more intensely creamy.
