Boseong Matcha: The Green Gold of Korea

This organic matcha is produced in the Boseong region, the capital of Korean green tea, from carefully selected first and second flush leaves, then finely stone-ground. A vivid, intense green powder with delicate plant-based aromas and a silky texture.

Milk-free: pure matcha powder, with no added milk.

Organic Certification: Grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, this matcha meets the standards of Korean organic farming. The tea plants grow in the shade in the weeks before harvest to develop their chlorophyll richness.

Versatile: Prepared as a traditional whisked drink with a chasen, as a matcha latte with plant-based milk, in cooking or in pastry.

Preparation: Sift 1.5 to 2 g into a bowl. Add 70 ml of water at 75°C. Whisk in a zigzag motion with a chasen until a fine foam forms.

Ingredients: tea plant leaves 100% (Boseong, South Korea). Korean organic certifications no. 15102225 (agricultural product) and no. 15800267 (processed product). Korean low carbon certification no. 2017-215.
