A Korean latte powder with soy and matcha, to stir into hot water or a plant-based drink. The recipe from the house of Kkosubne, based in Wanju, South Korea, combines Korean white soybeans, Canadian chickpeas and Korean matcha.
The ingredient list contains neither sugar nor any animal-derived ingredient, and the brand states that it contains no preservatives. The flavour blends the vegetal notes of matcha with the roundness of soy, to be sweetened to taste with maple syrup, coconut sugar or cane sugar.
