A Korean latte powder with soy and cocoa, to stir into hot water or a plant-based drink. The recipe from the house of Kkosubne, based in Wanju, South Korea, combines Korean white soybeans, Canadian chickpeas and Indonesian cocoa powder.
The ingredient list contains neither sugar nor any animal-derived ingredient, and the brand states that it contains no preservatives. The flavour is that of cocoa and soy, to be sweetened to taste with maple syrup, coconut sugar or cane sugar.
