Jeju Matcha Premium Grade: Stone-Ground Green Tea Powder (80g)

The Jeju Matcha Premium Grade from Gossi Farm is a green tea powder grown on Jeju Island, off the southern coast of South Korea. The island's mineral-rich volcanic soil and mild climate give the leaves a vibrant green colour and a clean, natural sweetness.

The leaves are shaded before the spring harvest, then stone-ground into an ultra-fine, even powder with a smooth, vegetal profile and a soft umami finish. It dissolves easily in both water and milk.

How to enjoy it:

• Traditional: sift the powder into a bowl, add water at 70 to 75°C (158 to 167°F) and whisk with a bamboo chasen until a velvety foam forms.

• Modern: ideal for hot or iced lattes, baking and smoothies.

The 80g pouch is sized for everyday use over several weeks.
