A Korean cream soup made with kabocha squash (danhobak) and soy, in powder form, for a hot or cold soup ready in moments. The flavour is mild and lightly sweet, with the roundness of soy and notes of grain and almond.
The Korean brand Garu Master makes this soup without milk or cream: the smooth texture comes from soy, oats and almond. The ingredient list is short and contains no animal-derived ingredient.
Resealable 500g pouch, about ten 45g servings. Origin: South Korea.
