2.Cleaning: Simply rinse with clear, lukewarm water immediately after use. Never use soap or a dishwasher.

3.Drying: The best way to maintain its shape is to dry it on a Kuse Naoshi (ceramic whisk holder). If you don't have one, dry it standing up with the tines facing upward.
