Nokchawon Jakseol-cha Steamed Green Tea 50g

Jakseol-cha, literally "sparrow's tongue" in reference to the fine shape of the young shoots, is a Korean green tea made from tender hand-picked leaves. This "jungjak" (medium grade) version by Nokchawon is crafted using the traditional steaming method (jeungje-cha), which preserves the leaf's freshness and vivid color.

Gently brewed, it develops a light, pale green liquor carried by a delicate vegetal aroma and a clean, refreshing finish.

Recommended brewing: steep at 70°C for 1 to 2 minutes with hot water rather than boiling.
