Ujeon, literally "before the rains," refers to the very first green tea leaves picked before the Gogu rains in mid-April. It is the youngest and most sought-after grade of Korean tea. This organic Ujeon by Seonunjeda is grown in Boseong following certified organic farming methods.

Gently brewed, this 2026 harvest develops a clear, delicate liquor carried by a subtle umami and an incomparable vegetal freshness.

Recommended brewing: steep at 60-65°C for 1 to 2 minutes with hot water rather than boiling.
