Seonunjeda grows its teas in Boseong, Korea's historic tea region, following certified organic farming methods. This black tea (hongcha) develops an amber, round and slightly full-bodied liquor, typical of great Korean fermented teas.
Steeped for a few minutes, it reveals malty notes and a touch of natural sweetness, to enjoy plain or with a splash of milk.
Recommended brewing: steep at 90-95°C for 3 to 4 minutes.
