Direct Shipping from Korea At Maison Boseong, we believe that freshness is the key to exceptional tea. That's why all our orders are carefully handcrafted and shipped directly from our base in South Korea.

Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1-3 business days.

Standard Shipping (K-Packet/La Poste): Approximately 10-15 business days.

Note: Additional delays may occur during holiday periods or due to customs inspections.

Shipping and Customs Fees

Price based on weight: for all orders to Europe

Free Shipping: Free for all orders over €75

Taxes (IOSS): We use the IOSS system to collect French VAT (5.5%) directly at checkout. This means that no additional taxes will be charged upon delivery for orders under €150

Order Tracking: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your tea throughout its journey across continents

Returns and Refunds: As tea is a perishable food product, we only accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt
